1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Items are TYPICALLY processed within 24 -36 hours … we do not process orders on the weekends. If you place an order on Friday after 1pm it won’t be processed until Monday.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR THE US?
We offer FREE DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING, PRIORITY SHIPPING which usually takes 2-3 days to get to you and Also have PRIORITY EXPRESS which is usually 1-2 days depending on location.
3. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do! We ship our products all around the world! Once you place your order our system will offer you shipping options based on your location. If you location is covered shoot us an email and we will add your country to the list!
4. DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE WITH JEWELRY & SHOE SELECTION?
Yes we do! Shoot us an email and one of our jewelry stylists will instruct you on what they need from you in order to help you select your perfect set!
5.WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All unworn items in original packaging upon receipt and inspection of item is eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
6. HOW DOES YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY WORK, WHATS THE PROCESS?
once we receive your unworn item n its original packaging and its approved for exchange you are issued a gift card in the amount of your items minus the shipping.
7. I RECEIVED MY ITEM AND IT WAS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All items are inspected before sent out, however sometimes items are damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that’s damaged .. snap a pic and contact us immediately via email so the problem can be addressed promptly.
8. ARE THERE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
YES, MOST COUNTRIES CHARGE CUSTOM FEES THAT ARE SEPERATE FROM THE SHIPPING CHARGE. WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOM FEES.
