HOW DOES THE SEZZLE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
When you place an order through Sezzle, their unique approvals system reviews your account to determine what sort of repayment plan they can offer. In most cases, it’s 25% of the order total due up-front (also called your “down payment” or “first installment”), with the remaining amount divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest on pay-in-4 for over 48,700 brands, no up-front or hidden fees as long as you pay off your installments on time.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE SEZZLE?
When your order is placed, Sezzle pays us in full for the order immediately—so we have the funds and we’re  able to process your order just like if you had paid us in full with a credit card! This isn’t layaway, so the we fulfill your order within our normal shipping and processing times.

IS THERE A MINIMUM TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND USING SEZZLE?

Yes, There is a $30 minimum order requirement to make a purchase using Sezzle. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH SEZZLE?
If you are looking to return or exchange an order where Sezzle was used as the payment method, you will need to reach out to us directly to initiate the return. You will then need to follow our policies on how a return should be sent back to the us.

DOES SEZZLE PERFORM A CREDIT CHECK?

Sezzle’s extended payment option is not a credit product per United States regulations (Reg Z). However, they do still look at your credit score as part of our risk check. This does not have an impact on your credit – this is often referred to as a “soft check.” Sezzle uses this information to help approve you, verify your identity, and help minimize fraud risk.
